We then submit these plans to the local Council for you for Planning and Building Regulation approvals.

We also carry out Quantity Surveying to enable a full costing of works prior to submitting drawings to ensure the build will fall within your budget.

When Planning and Building Control approve your building plans your chosen builder or local recommended builders can start the building work.
